RE: APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
Baguio Central University will start accepting application for graduation on December 7, 2020.
Graduating students who have complied with all their academic requirements may already apply for application for Graduation. Filing of application can be processed either Online or On-campus application.
A. FOR ON-CAMPUS APPLICATION:
1. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar;
2. Fill out the necessary form; and
3. Pay its corresponding fee at the cashier.
B. FOR ONLINE APPLICATION:
1. Visit our Official Facebook Page;
2. Download the PDF of Application for Graduation Form:
3. Fill out the necessary details required;
4. Sent the completed form at this email address:
bcuregoffice2016@gmail.com ;
5. Once we receive your application, we will notify you of the payment procedures; and
6. After we verified your payment, we will send you a confirmation that you are now eligible to graduate.
Note:
• Students are required to settle first their accounts on or before processing their application for graduation.

• Please be reminded that application for Graduation is required when requesting for academic credentials indicating degree conferred and date of graduation, including Official Transcript of Record and Diploma among others.
