• TOGA WITHOUT ACADEMIC CAP OR FORMAL ATTIRE

• Plain White Background

• Half Body Picture (4R)

• Straight Body Position

• High-quality image

Indicate the following information upon the submission of your photo:

• NAME (Family Name, Given Name, Middle Name)

• COURSE

• COLLEGE

• HOMETOWN/CITY/PROVINCE,

• CONTACT NUMBER

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION IS ON AUGUST 19, 2023(Saturday)
