CCJE Faculty awarded as BEST ORAL Presenter in the 14th Research Colloquium

“Research is to see what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought.” – Albert Szent-Györgyi

The College of Criminal Justice Education Faculty Members headed by the OIC-Dean, Ms. Beca May Pidlao-Palitayan attended the 14th University Research Colloquium held on February 26-27, 2025 at the Baguio Central University Main Function Hall.

The OIC-Dean of the CCJE Department together with the Faculty members (namely Ms. Princess Joy B. Moyaen, Ms. Rowena B. Gagno, and Ms. Laura Stephanie E. Gulla) led by Mr. Ernesto B. Bucalan Jr. presented their Final Defense on their Research Study entitled  “Enhancing Criminology Interns Performance: Navigating Influential Factor” which garnered the “Best Oral Presenter” Award.

This is a testament of their tireless dedication and creativity in crafting such an amazing and knowledgeable study that will benefit the department as a whole.

The whole CCJE Department is indeed proud of this achievement brought by their very active and smart instructors. We hope that this will serve as an inspiration to all students who are taking the subject Criminological Research to continue exploring the world of research so that someday you can also be one of the awardees of the said award and maybe your research paper will be soon published and be known worldwide.

Together, let us continue to soar high towards excellence.
