The Baguio Central University – College of Business Administration (BCU-CBA) proudly marked its presence at the 3rd Research Innovation for Sustainable Education 2025: International Conference on Research and Exhibits on Aviation, Aeronautics, Tourism, Engineering, and Education (RISE: ICREATE-IMPACT) held from May 27 to 30, 2025, in Urdaneta, Pangasinan.

Ms. Marielle Kryzyl A. Datuin during her Paper Presentation in Parallel Session 1: Business, Finance, and Management

On the second day of the conference, Ms. Marielle Kryzyl A. Datuin, a 2nd-year student from the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management, served as one of the presenters under Parallel Session 4: Business, Finance, and Management 2. She represented her group in delivering their award-winning research titled “Cash Flow Management Practices of Vegetable Vendors in Baguio City,” which previously earned Best Paper and Best Presenter during the CBA Student Research Colloquium. Her performance at the international event demonstrated not only academic excellence but also the importance of grassroots financial management in local economies.

In leadership and evaluative capacity, Dr, Cherrie Mae M. Manuel, Dean of the College of Business Administration, took on key roles during the conference. She served as Session Chair for Parallel Session 3: Business, Finance, and Management 1 in the morning and as an Evaluator for Parallel Session 6: Education Technology 4 in the afternoon. Her participation underscored the college’s commitment to advancing quality research and collaboration across principles.
