The faculty of CHTM actively took part in the Pansa-Nopen Tayo (Circular Tourism) Workshop hosted by The City Tourism, Culture and Arts Office on July 10, 2026. This engagement is very much in line with the University’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities). As an institution, we continually strive to produce globally competitive and socially responsible graduates. This seminar allowed our faculty to gain practical strategies to integrate sustainability concepts and the circular economy framework into student learning. This will empower our college to embed these principles into instruction, ultimately producing graduates who are not only globally competitive but also advocates of responsible and ethical standards in both tourism and hospitality.
