The College of Business Administration (CBA) of Baguio Central University successfully conducted the Business Works Exhibit 2025 on December 3, 2025, at Room M602. With the theme “Present, Critique, Grow,” the exhibit highlighted the academic outputs of Business Administration students across various business and management disciplines.

Participating CBA students from different subjects with CBA’s faculty members.

The activity gathered CBA students who showcased projects developed in their respective courses, along with faculty members, invited external guests who served as panel evaluators, and students from other colleges who attended as guests and customers. The exhibit provided a professional learning environment that extended beyond the traditional classroom setting. Designed to simulate real-world business experiences, the Business Works Exhibit allowed students to present, defend, and improve their work through constructive feedback. Peer critiquing and expert evaluation played a key role in helping students refine their business proposals, marketing strategies, and financial analyses while strengthening their communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Among the featured activities was the Project Pitch Boards: A Public Finance Gallery Walk, where students from the Public Finance course presented their project proposals through poster displays. These were assessed by fellow students through surveys and evaluated by a panel of faculty members and external guests.

Simultaneously, students enrolled in Marketing Management and Personal Finance conducted the Personal Selling Quest, setting up booths to sell products and apply practical selling techniques. Their performance and strategies were evaluated by the panel, providing hands-on experience in customer engagement and sales execution.

Students from Entrepreneurial Management delivered formal business pitch presentations, showcasing innovative ideas and strategic planning skills. Meanwhile, students in Credit and Collection presented the “Credit in Focus: Multimedia Promotion Project,” featuring promotional videos that highlighted financial institutions as sources of credit. The Strategic Management class also presented their educational video featuring different business establishments in Baguio City.

Overall, the Business Works Exhibit 2025 fostered academic collaboration, creativity, and professional growth among students. The activity underscored the importance of continuous improvement and constructive feedback in the business field, further strengthening the College of Business Administration’s commitment to experiential and outcome-based education.
