BAGUIO CITY — To support the next generation of law enforcement professionals, the Baguio Central University College of Criminal Justice Education successfully carried out its Board Operations (Board Ops) for the February 2026 Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE).

This three-day national exam is the final requirement for those seeking the RCrim title. To ensure the 84 examinees felt the full weight of their school’s support, the strategic deployment of CCJE Force composed of faculty, Student Government Officers AY 25-26, and the Class Mandarasig  Interns, mobilized across multiple testing centers in Baguio City.

At the Baguio Palace Hotel, Team Alpha was led by Sir Ranty Pao-eng together with SGO Gov. Jay D. Padilla, while Team Bravo operated at the University of the Cordilleras (Main) under the leadership of Sir Norman B. Bustillo. Team Charlie was assigned to New Town Plaza Hotel, headed by Sir Ernesto Bucalan and Sec. Lara Nicole G. Antonio. Meanwhile, Team Delta and Team Echo were stationed at Skyrise Hotel, guided by Ma’am Laura Stephanie Gulla.

At Baguio Teachers Camp, Team Foxtrot and Team Golf were led by Dean Beca May Pidlao-Palitayan alongside Rep. Lavigne B. Dayog, ensuring effective coordination on-site. Hotel Supreme hosted multiple teams—Hawk, India, Echo, and Golf—reflecting the scale and coordination of the operation, while Team Jaguar, under the leadership of Ma’am Chloe G. Nasungan, was deployed at PRC-CAR, completing the comprehensive coverage of all assigned locations.

The Board Ops initiative served as a powerful demonstration of the CCJE community’s commitment to its students. The support teams provided an encouraging presence that helped transform a high-pressure morning into a moment of solidarity.

This support began with personalized send-offs, where faculty, Student Government Organization (SGO) and Criminology Intern  met and greeted the examinees at the gates to help ease their nerves before entering the testing rooms. To provide spiritual guidance, the teams gathered the students for heartfelt prayers, asking for the mental clarity and inner strength needed to face the rigorous exam. Finally, the college ensured logistical care by delivering lunch packs to each site, making sure every examinee remained well-nourished and energized for their afternoon sessions. Through these actions, the CCJE family proved that they are with their students every step of their Journey.

The initiative served as a powerful symbol of unity. By documenting the event with group photos and the official Board Ops banner, the CCJE community reinforced their commitment to their students’ dreams.

Becoming a Registered Criminology is a hard one, but through this collective effort, the college hoped to remind the examinees that they do not walk this path alone. With faith and perseverance, the CCJE family eagerly awaits the success of its future criminologists.
