BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Baguio Central University (BCU), through its College of Business Administration (CBA), formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with FullSuite, a Baguio-based management, technology consulting, and outsourcing company, on December 17, marking another milestone in the University’s commitment to providing industry-relevant learning opportunities for its students.
The partnership designates FullSuite as one of BCU-CBA’s industry partners for its internship program, enabling students to gain valuable workplace experience and apply classroom knowledge in real-world professional settings. Through this collaboration, students will have the opportunity to develop practical skills, enhance their employability, and gain exposure to the evolving demands of the global business and technology sectors.
FullSuite delivers services to U.S.-based startups across data operations, finance, back-office support, data extraction, AI human-in-the-loop services, and talent acquisition. As a result, BCU-CBA interns will benefit from hands-on learning experiences in dynamic work environments, equipping them with competencies that meet current industry standards and preparing them for careers in business, technology, and the venture capital ecosystem.
The partnership also reflects Baguio Central University’s continuing support for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By expanding access to quality experiential learning, the collaboration advances SDG 4: Quality Education, ensuring that students receive inclusive, relevant, and future-ready education. Likewise, it contributes to SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by fostering workforce readiness, strengthening industry-academe collaboration, and creating pathways toward meaningful employment.
The Memorandum of Agreement was signed by Dr. Elma D. Donaal, Vice President for Academic Affairs of Baguio Central University; Dr. Cherrie Mae M. Manuel, Dean of the College of Business Administration; and Ms. Roiani Marg S. Bernardo, Culture and People Management Director of FullSuite.
This partnership underscores the shared commitment of BCU and FullSuite to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
