The colloquium was organized by the University of Baguio, through its Research, Innovation, Extension, and Community Outreach (RIECO) Office, in partnership with Baguio Central University. It gathered student researchers from five higher education institutions across the region, namely Kalinga State University (KSU), Easter College Inc., Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC), and the host institutions BCU and UB. The event formally opened with a short program featuring invited speakers who shared their insights, experiences, and expertise on research, collaboration, and leadership. Following the opening program, participants proceeded to the research competitions, which featured two formats of research dissemination: oral presentations and poster presentations. Mr. Padilan’s study was featured under the poster presentation category.
