Method, gaps and next steps
How stories were mapped
All news articles published on bcu.edu.ph were reviewed; advisories, schedules and library lists were excluded. A story is linked to a goal when it names that SDG or its content clearly supports it. Mapping as of October 2026.
Where we can grow
Fewer than five stories currently document BCU's work on SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 14 (Life Below Water). These are opportunities for new projects, research and reporting.
Keeping it current
The charts, highlights and story lists on this report update automatically from the BCU newsroom. Offices are encouraged to name the SDGs their activities support when publishing news.
