This collaboration directly supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education by improving teaching and learning through faculty development and knowledge exchange. It also advances SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure by fostering innovation through the integration of technology and research in academic programs. Furthermore, the partnership embodies SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as it strengthens institutional collaboration and shared commitment to advancing education and research.

The MOA signing also marked the initial implementation of the partnership, as faculty members from BCU served as resource speakers, sharing expertise on capstone development and the integration of technology in research. This immediate engagement reflects the practical and outcomes-driven nature of the agreement.

Through this initiative, the Philippine College of Science and Technology and Baguio Central University reaffirm their commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and sustainable development. The Faculty Exchange Program not only strengthens institutional linkages but also contributes to the broader goal of developing globally competent educators and future-ready graduates.
