The CHTMs’ Fitness Day Zumba have been a valuable monthly routine of students which seeks to boost energy of being active in class and lower the risk of mental health problem development.
Further along, engaging physical Fitness have been vital for students in order to raise capability of students from critical thinking skills which benefits performing well on class activities and gain active participation. In which, The Zumba fitness and wellness for students help to build establishing Harmony and Unity of strong foundation of the Department. As it is linked with the sustainable development goals number 3 for good health and well-being as the mood and energy of each and every individual is depending on reducing risk of chronic diseases most importantly mental health of students.
