The recent talk on student pressure and mental health shed light on some of the most pressing concerns faced by students today. The speaker, Ms. Judith R. Adina, RGC ,RPm with great clarity and empathy, discussed how academic pressure, family expectations, and relationships can significantly impact a student’s mental health.

The session not only highlighted the challenges but also emphasized preventive measures and activities that can help students manage stress more effectively.
