By: Ms. Jhoana H. Guinoo

Baguio Central University’s (BCU) College of Business Administration (CBA) participated in the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP) Orientation conducted via Zoom on October 5, 2026, in partnership with Junior Achievement Philippines (JA Philippines).

CBA joined the online orientation for the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass Certification.

The orientation brought together Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) students preparing for the ESP Certification, along with BSBA Program Coordinator Ms. Marga L. Taganas and CBA Dean Dr. Cherrie Mae M. Manuel. The session provided essential information about the certification process, including its requirements, expectations, and next steps.

Through the orientation, students gained a clearer understanding of how the ESP Certification can complement their academic preparation in business and entrepreneurship. The activity also encouraged them to strengthen their entrepreneurial knowledge and skills as they prepare for future professional and business opportunities.

Students and faculty members participate in the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass orientation with JA Philippines.

The College’s participation reflects its commitment to providing learning experiences beyond the classroom through partnerships with industry organizations. In collaboration with JA Philippines, CBA continues to support initiatives that help students develop entrepreneurial capabilities, confidence, and initiative in preparation for the evolving business environment.

As students’ progress in their ESP certification journey, BCU’s College of Business Administration remains committed to nurturing future business professionals and entrepreneurs equipped with the skills and competencies needed to pursue meaningful careers and successful business ventures.
