Baguio Central University conducted its University In-Service Training for Non-Teaching Personnel in July 31, 2026, with the theme “KALINGA sa Kawani, Kaunlaran ng BCU: Kaalaman, Asenso, Liderato, Inobasyon, Natatanging Serbisyo, Galing at Aksyon”.
It focused on developing employees’ knowledge, leadership, and capacity for innovation in carrying out their university responsibilities.
The In-Service Training Seminar aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) by enchancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of the Registrar’s Office personnel to deliver efficient and quality student services. It also supports SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by promoting professional development, leadership, innovation, and employee productivity. Futhermore, the training contributes to SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institution) by strengthening accountability, teamwork, and commitment to transparent, responsive, and student-centered administrative services.
Through this initiative, the Registrar’s Office reaffirms its commitment to professionalism, innovation, and efficient, student-centered service in support of Baguio Central University’s continued growth and development.
