The CHTMs’ Fitness Day Zumba have been a valuable monthly routine of students which seeks to boost energy of being active in class and lower the risk of mental health problem development.

Further along, engaging physical Fitness have been vital for students in order to raise capability of students from critical thinking skills which benefits performing well on class activities and gain active participation. In which, The Zumba fitness and wellness for students help to build establishing Harmony and Unity of strong foundation of the Department. As it is linked with the sustainable development goals number 3 for good health and well-being as the mood and energy of each and every individual is depending on reducing risk of chronic diseases most importantly mental health of students.

Warm-up

The Fitness Day was held at Function Hall whereas, on 12th day of November. which was first started with warm-up through the lead of Student Government Organization followed by the Zumba fitness dance led by Foreign Language Class of Dr. Jocelyn B. Ang.

Cool Down let ‘s DO IT!

At the end of the CHTM ‘s annual Activity, students have their cool don exercise in order to retrieve balance and circulation of blood flow through static movements. Relating SDG under number 3 in accordance of ensuring healthy lives which aid to promote well-being.
