"Soaring High Towards Excellence"

Our warmest congratulations to Harris C. Olida, for winning 7th place in the Editorial Cartooning (Filipino), during the 15th National Campus Media Conference and the 2nd International Media Research Conference held in Tagaytay City last September 18-20

We would also like to recognize the participation of Baguio Central University’s Radio Broadcasting team with the members: Lanie Jane Lopez, Tonicca Julaine Culat, Januel Glen Bugtong, Omairah Datumanong, and Ruby Rose Kimayong. You made us proud by being one of the finalists; Januel Glen Bugtong for Editorial Writing (Filipino); Omairah Datumanong for Editorial Writing (English); and Ruby Rose Kimayong for News Writing (English).

Furthermore, we would like to commend Lanie Jane Lopez, Januel Glen Bugtong, and Ruby Rose Kimayong, for their efforts in the Pambansang Pautakang Pampahayagan (Tertiary Level).

The said event was attended by more than 800+ delegates coming from almost 60+ institutions, colleges, and universities.

Congratulations, once again!! We are so proud of you!!

Editorial Cartooning entry: Mr. Harris Olida, creatively drew an illustration of the topic given. He landed 7th place for Editorial cartooning, Filipino category.
Pautakan Challenge: The contestants, (left to right) Lanie Jane Lopez, Ruby Rose Kimayong and Januel Glen Bugtong, was able to garner 130 points in the Pambansang Pautakang Pampahayagan.
Seventh Place: Mr. Harris Olida had just received his certificate for the 7th place in the Editorial Cartooning (Filipino category).
