Keneath Kim Clark Ghill Soriano, a 5th year Civil engineering student of the Baguio Central University bested other competitors during the PICE 38th National Civil Engineering Quiz Show CAR Regional Eliminations held September 14, 2019, DPWH Multipurpose Hall.
This is the second time BCU was adjudged Regional champion, the first in 2018. Other members of the BCU Team were Mark Lester Pia and Eloida Capua, coached by Engr. Roel Villanueva.
Competitors in this annual quiz show were from SLU, UB, UC and Ifugao State University. Soriano will represent CAR in the national competitions to be held in Baguio City this year.
