by: Ms. Jhoana H. Guinoo

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management (BSBA-HRDM) students of the College of Business Administration contributed to the preparations for the BCU Graduate School’s 4th World March for Peace, held on October 3, 2026.

Students assist in preparing the venue for the 4th World March for Peace.

Under the guidance of their instructor, Ms. Caroline A. Ramos, the students took part in preparing and decorating the venue for the event. Their participation provided them with an opportunity to apply practical skills in teamwork, coordination, and event preparation beyond the classroom.

Participants work together as they prepare the venue for the upcoming event.

The activity also reflected the role of human resource development in organizing and supporting institutional activities. Through their involvement, the students experienced how effective coordination, cooperation, and shared responsibility contribute to the successful preparation of an event.

Their participation further demonstrated the connection between classroom learning and actual experiences within the academic community. By taking an active role in the preparations, the students were able to practice skills relevant to their future roles as human resource professionals while contributing their time and effort to an activity promoting peace and community engagement.

The College of Business Administration recognizes the efforts of the BSBA-HRDM students and Ms. Ramos in supporting the preparations for the 4th World March for Peace. Their involvement reflects the value of student participation, service, and collaboration in creating meaningful experiences within the university community.
