November 7, 2025 | Gymnasium, Baguio Central University Main Campus

The Junior Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – Baguio Central University Student Chapter participated in the Civil Engineering Basketball Teams during the College of Engineering Sportsfest held on November 7, 2025, at the Baguio Central University Main Campus Gymnasium. The activity was organized by the College of Engineering – Student Government Organization (COE-SGO) to encourage student participation and promote camaraderie through sports.

The basketball games provided Civil Engineering students with an opportunity to demonstrate their athletic abilities, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Through their participation, the students showcased the importance of cooperation and unity in working toward a common goal, both on and off the court.

The event also served as a platform for strengthening friendships among students and fostering a stronger sense of community within the College of Engineering. By taking part in the Sportsfest, the JPICE–BCU Student Chapter supported initiatives that promote a balanced student experience, recognizing that physical activities and academic pursuits both contribute to students’ overall development.

Through participation in college-wide activities, the JPICE–BCU Student Chapter continues to encourage active involvement, teamwork, and school spirit among future civil engineers.
