Bachelor of Science in Criminology
Law enforcement, criminalistics, criminal law, corrections, crime detection and investigation, with internships at partner police, fire and jail agencies and preparation for the Criminologist Licensure Examination.

Who we work with
CCJE works with law enforcement and public safety agencies, forensic science organizations, partner communities and international programs so criminology students train where justice is actually served.
Law enforcement and public safety agencies
Internship partners · MOA 2025Under the 2025 MOAs, interns train with the Baguio City Police Office, the Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit, the Bureau of Fire Protection, BJMP-CAR and the Regional Highway Patrol Unit. Seventeen agencies attended the signing.
Justice Through Science
International partner · Forensic scienceBCU signed an MOA to join this U.S. Department of State–backed project with the U.S. Embassy and the University of the Cordilleras, offering training in forensic anthropology, fingerprint examination and DNA analysis.
Philippine National Police
Government partner · TrainingPNP units teach and work with CCJE students: RMFB 15 and the City EOD and Canine Unit on explosives and firearms safety, PRO-CAR on human rights, and Baguio police during Panagbenga crowd control.
Barangays and partner schools
Community partnersCommunity immersion with Barangay Asin Road, Roxas National High School and Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School, and the 2025 outreach in Barangay Bakakeng Central.
Forensic Science Practitioners of the Philippines
Professional partner · Faculty trainingCCJE faculty and crime laboratory staff completed FSPPI forensic certification courses in ballistics, fingerprints and forensic chemistry, and a forensic upskilling program with PIFSA and the University of Baguio.

Government partner · Public safetyCCJE sits on the city’s Anti-Mosquito Borne Diseases Committee and joins the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill with the city.
